Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • experience with DHIS2 and MEL digital systems
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and manage remote, international teams
  • willingness to travel as required
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, public health, or related field
  • extensive experience with MEL digital systems and DHIS2
  • strong knowledge of data analytics platforms like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • proven leadership in digital system implementation and product ownership
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • experience working in international or multisectoral environments
  • ability to manage cross-cultural teams and projects

Job Duties

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of global MEL digital systems
  • serve as Product Owner and architect of DHIS2
  • develop and support data collection and analytics tools including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Formstack, Copilot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • collaborate with IT, program, fundraising, operations, and impact measurement teams across multiple regions
  • lead the rollout of a unified global MEL platform and impact model
  • manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure data quality and timely reporting
  • provide strategic guidance on data management and MEL best practices
