Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in logistics or related industries
  • proven track record in managing budgets and P&L
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • knowledge of the sports events industry preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to travel as needed
  • commitment to compliance and ethical business practices

Job Duties

  • formulate and implement tactical and strategic approaches to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the business unit and ensure the successful delivery of the business plan
  • develop and maintain strong local partnerships with agents and suppliers to enhance service delivery and expand market reach
  • establish and maintain a network with local industry associations to stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes
  • leverage the CEVA network to establish global presence in the event logistics industry through international expansion
  • adopt a proactive approach to cost control and monitor contract budgets
  • facilitate global negotiation of commercial terms and develop business proposals to secure new contracts and increase conversion rates
