Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Assistant in a corporate setting
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Senior Assistant experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Financial Industry experience preferred
  • Investment Banking experience is beneficial
  • Prior experience in finance, accounting, or travel services is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
  • Dependable, detail oriented, self-starter and resourceful
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including hotel reservations, book corporate cars and dining arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, managing audio visual needs, printing materials, requesting security passes, and handling set up and break down
  • Process banker expense reports using Concur
  • Provide floater coverage for administrative staff during vacations and absences
  • Organize office space for visiting employees from other offices
  • Perform research and other administrative tasks as necessary
  • Manage facilities functions such as package preparation and receipt, mailroom monitoring and delivery, print station stock management, maintenance of corporate office environment, new joiner desk setups and leaver desk break downs
  • Assist with special tasks and projects as assigned by bankers or manager
