Job Requirements
- Valid California state driver's license
- Meet Council requirements for driver insurability
- Clearance of background check
- Registered member of GSUSA and GSCCS
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel throughout the Council
- Physical ability to frequently stop, kneel, bend, crouch and reach overhead
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or move light objects up to 20 pounds
- Ability to remain stationary and use computer for extended periods
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly in public speaking engagements
- Maintain regular attendance

Job Duties
- Develop innovative, creative and community-based programming for Girl Scouts in STEM, Life Skills, Outdoor, or Entrepreneurship fields
- Implement assigned Council Girl Scout events, activities and resources based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience
- Follow developed marketing strategies to increase participation of Girl Scout members and non-members in events and activities
- Work collaboratively with Girl Experience team members to facilitate department goals
- Ensure activities and events are based on girls' interests and Council objectives with performed evaluations
- Provide professional customer service to members, volunteers, staff, and community contacts
- Assist with implementation of girl and adult training throughout the Council
- Perform other duties as assigned
