Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
  • good physical stamina for standing and moving in the kitchen
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or pizza making preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
  • cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions
  • prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated area
  • monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas
  • cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
  • adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
  • wash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses
  • correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
