Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
- good physical stamina for standing and moving in the kitchen
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
- cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions
- prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated area
- monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas
- cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
- adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- wash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses
- correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
