- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Understand and practice our mission, values, and objectives
- Wash, stack, sort, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
- Maintain a clean kitchen and keep dish area organized and free of clutter
- Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures including maintaining a clean, dry floor as well as making sure full trashcans and boxes are removed properly
- Ensure equipment is working properly and report any issues to management immediately
