Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- perform all Ginna’s restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties assigned
- follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances
- ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and SOPs
- ensure cash control and till management according to Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- manage and support side work, cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- maintain working knowledge of café recipes and prepared foods
- keep personal workspace and surrounding areas clean and orderly
- maintain professional appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- perform basic math operations relevant to the role
- read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- write routine reports and correspondence
- communicate effectively with customers and employees
- work flexible hours including varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prepare many different types of food, drinks and ingredients
