Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in high-volume or luxury F&B operations preferred
- Experience leading beach/pool/outdoor F&B strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Must demonstrate strong P&L understanding and ability to drive revenue while controlling costs
- Proven leadership, training, and motivational skills
- Experience working in a Forbes-based or luxury environment is a strong plus
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers
- Must read, write and speak the English language fluently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Power Point and Excel
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
- The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Position may require reaching with hands and arms

Job Duties
- Lead all daily FOH operations for Gili's Beach Club (AM/PM), Bar, and Beach Service
- Maintain and enforce Forbes service standards for all shifts
- Drive the residents/local business model, ensuring high engagement, repeat visits, and strong check averages
- Ensure consistent table touches, check-backs, flow of service, and guest recovery
- Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, walk-throughs, and quality standards
- Monitor and manage beverage cost, operating supplies, labor, and payroll for the outlet
- Partner with Culinary Director on menu pricing, specials, activations, and check-average growth strategies
- Maintain accurate weekly forecasts, par levels, inventory processes, and purchasing discipline
- Support monthly financial reporting and take corrective action plans when needed
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train FOH team members in collaboration with HR and F&B leadership
- Hold staff accountable through coaching, checklists, and performance standards
- Create a strong, positive work culture in collaboration with the Culinary team
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings that reinforce expectations, knowledge on the menu, and service priorities
- Work closely with the Culinary Director and Sous Chefs to ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
- Support execution of menu changes, daily pars, 86 lists, and special activations
- Ensure ticket flow, expo communication, and service timing meet resort standards
- Support and execute weekly activations including Asado, pizza pop-ups, sushi specials, and seasonal events
- Partner with Marketing to build resident/local engagement and drive revenue
- Maintain strong presence on the floor during peak demand periods
- Maintain accurate schedules, timesheets, and labor plans
- Ensure compliance with all resort policies, health standards, and safety regulations
- Manage inventory procedures, pars, receiving, and storage
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations
