Job Requirements
- Physical demands including ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear frequently

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in high-volume or luxury F&B operations
- experience leading beach, pool, or outdoor F&B strongly preferred
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- strong profit and loss understanding
- proven leadership, training, and motivational skills
- experience working in a Forbes-based or luxury environment is a strong plus
Job Duties
- Lead all daily FOH operations for Gili's Beach Club, bar, and beach service
- maintain and enforce Forbes service standards for all shifts
- drive resident and local business model ensuring high engagement and repeat visits
- ensure consistent table touches, check-backs, flow of service, and guest recovery
- oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, walk-throughs, and quality standards
- monitor and manage beverage cost, operating supplies, labor, and payroll
- partner with Culinary Director on menu pricing and specials
- maintain accurate weekly forecasts, inventory processes, and purchasing discipline
- recruit, hire, onboard, and train FOH team members
- hold staff accountable through coaching and performance standards
- create a strong positive work culture
- lead daily pre-shift meetings
- coordinate with Culinary team on menu changes, pars, and 86 lists
- support execution of weekly activations and events
- maintain schedules, timesheets, and labor plans
- ensure compliance with resort policies, health standards, and safety regulations
- manage inventory procedures and storages
