Job Requirements
- Current Food Handler Certification
- Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs
- Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
- Prior line cook or saute experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability preferred

Job Duties
- Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift
- Adhere to all Spinato's recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices
- Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department
- Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment
