  • Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Weekend availability preferred

  • Prior line cook or saute experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines
  • Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift
  • Adhere to all Spinato's recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices
  • Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department
  • Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment
