  • Current food handler certification
  • ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs
  • comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
  • strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency
  • weekend availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines
  • prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift
  • adhere to all Spinato's recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
  • uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices
  • assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department
  • support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager
  • maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment
