Job Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- One to three months of related on-the-job training
- Ability to operate cash register
- Ability to stock inventory and manage shelves
- Effective communication skills
- Compliance with mandatory reporting procedures
- Act 34 clearance

- Basic reading and arithmetic skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to handle inventory stocking and shop operations
- Ability to operate cash register accurately

Job Duties
- Deliver gift items to patient rooms as directed by the manager
- Operate cash register and substantiates all over rings and voids as directed by the manager
- Stock and clean giftware shelves, jewelry cases, baby shop and related areas
- Stock magazines, cards, and toy shelves
- Report low stock levels to manager
- Greet and assist customers in the boutique, baby, and gift areas of the shop
- Offer gift-wrap service as appropriate
- Follow the mandatory reporting procedures for any incident or serious event affecting patient clinical care
