Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
- Perform all steps of guest service including greeting, assisting with sales, and check out
- Accurately handle all cash, credit card and comp transactions in company required POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the gift shop including all merchandise
- Unpack, tag, and stock merchandise per department policies and protocols
- Monitor and report any potential safety issues or suspected theft of product to department leadership
