Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in high traffic guest service establishments

Job Duties
- Report to work as scheduled in correct uniform
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during shifts
- complete all opening, closing and additional duties timely
- assist Manager on Duty with guest needs
- maintain extensive product knowledge of retail and menu items
- support new employee training by reinforcing performance
- assist in other shop and café areas including customer service, answering phones, stocking, cleanup and documentation
- answer telephone pleasantly and promptly
- greet and recognize arriving retail and café guests
- work as a team to enhance guest dining and shopping experience
- communicate guest concerns to Manager on Duty
- welcome guests and invite their return
- maintain knowledge of department policies, service procedures and standards
- clean all areas surrounding the outlet entrance per standards
- adhere to visual merchandising standards and assist with window displays
- unpack and prepare shop items for sale
