Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in high traffic guest service establishments
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to listen, understand and clarify guest concerns

- Ability to tolerate temperature changes and noise

- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Report to work as indicated on the work schedule and in the correct uniform
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- Complete all opening, closing and additional duties of the attendant/cashier in a timely manner
- Assist the Manager on Duty in adhering to all guests needs
- Possess extensive product knowledge of all retail and menu items
- Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance
- Support other areas of the shop and café as requested such as assisting customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup and documentation
- Greet arriving retail and café guests promptly and courteously
- Practice teamwork by assisting fellow employees to enhance guest experience
- Communicate guest concerns or dissatisfaction to the Manager on Duty
- Welcome all guests and acknowledge all departing guests
- Clean tables and surface areas between guests
- Refill food supplies including coffee station and napkin dispenser
- Assist with unpacking, steaming, prepping and processing all retail items
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Clean all areas surrounding the Outlet entrance including windows, doors, and floors
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards and assist with window displays
- Unpack and prep all shop items for sale
