Job Requirements
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Willingness to work quickly and follow instructions
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to staying until tasks are fully completed
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended period of time
- Ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensures a proper supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables
- Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- May help with light prep work
- Perform other related duties as assigned
