Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
  • Basic math knowledge
  • Ability to operate delicatessen equipment according to company guidelines
  • Competency in relevant computer applications
  • Possession or ability to obtain food safety certification within 180 days

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the delicatessen department
  • Promote consistent operational conditions to increase customer trust and loyalty
  • Offer fresh, attractive products with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service
  • Execute marketing plans as per department planners and event packages
  • Supervise, train, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct quality inspections
