- completion of Alcohol Seller Training and Cash Handling training upon hire
- ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
- working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients

- ability to maintain a smile even when balancing multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant Point of Sale POS systems preferred
- working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients

Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- takes orders from customers
- assists with menu and beverage selections including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items and specials and beer and wine
- serves food drink and products to guests
- processes cash check debit and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques and merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- interacts positively with customers in person on the phone or through technology
- assists with catering orders as needed
- addresses complaints
- resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares packages merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
- ensures compliance with TABC regulations
- ensures compliance with department and store standard operating procedures
- buses cleans tables
- performs deep clean of dining ordering bar areas as needed
- maintains beverage station and bar areas
- maintains sanitation in food beverage prep areas and display cases
- properly handles operates and maintains equipment
- performs other duties as assigned
