Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Comfortable working in a noisy, crowded, and potentially smoky environment
- Willingness to work in an environment with adult-oriented entertainment including nudity
- Positive, can-do winning attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to handle security issues professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and well groomed appearance
- Ability to prioritize with high accuracy
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, or nightclub industries preferred
- Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain food safety and alcohol training certifications
- Prior experience with Aloha POS preferred
- Computer savvy
- High professionalism when working with employees, entertainers, vendors, and customers
Job Duties
- Responsible for overall operational performance of the club
- Oversee day to day club operations ensuring a high energy atmosphere
- Implement night club special promotions
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage cash flow including purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profitability and labor planning
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative duties for finance, human resources, payroll, and IT
- Exercise discretion to meet environmental and revenue expectations and comply with laws and licensing permits
