Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Must comply with all federal, state and local safety and health regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts as necessary based on business levels
- No travel required
- No direct supervisory responsibilities

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area
- Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles regularly, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items
- Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas regularly to dumpster area
- Keep equipment, floor and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils according to local guidelines to ensure proper supply levels for Food & Beverage Department
- Assist in storing grocery and supply items
- Assume responsibility for proper setup and operation of dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems
- Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
- Assume responsibility for supplies for dish machine and notify supervisor when products are low
- Assist cooks and Executive Chef in food preparation as needed
- Set-up and break-down buffet tables and themed decorations including ice displays
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned
