Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Good vision including close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts as necessary based on business levels
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including use of hands to handle or feel and ability to talk and hear

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms, and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area
- Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles on a regular basis, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items
- Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas on a regular basis to dumpster area
- Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order at all times
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils in accordance to local guidelines, to ensure proper supply levels to operate Food & Beverage Department efficiently
- Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items
- Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems. Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
- Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine and notify supervisor of any instances where there would no product on hand
- Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the preparation of food as needed
- Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations which may include ice displays
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
