Job Requirements
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and appearance according to company standards
- Ability to comply with health, safety, and food hygiene policies
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Monitor and record food and equipment temperature
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties
- Attend in-house training sessions
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to
- Assist chefs with the checking in of food deliveries ensuring the highest standards of produce
- Ensure all food storage aligns with food hygiene regulations and that stock rotation system is followed
- Perform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and furniture
- Prepare service area and/or service points
- Accurately store food items and equipment after service
