Job Requirements
- Must have basic understanding of sanitation and safety procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be capable of physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Must be willing to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
- Must be attentive to detail and safety
- Must have good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Possesses good interpersonal skills to maintain positive attitude and excellent customer service
- Capable of performing light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Willingness to comply with uniform and personal protective equipment requirements
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils cleaned and sanitized
- Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition
- Reports any issues to management
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
