Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus
- Ability to work Monday to Friday morning shifts
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist with Sysco deliveries and stocking supplies
- Operate the grill occasionally as needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen floors and work areas
- Support general kitchen operations beyond dishwashing
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition
- reports any issues to management
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
