Job Duties
- Maintain and operate the dish tank
- clearing tables and prepping them for our guests
- cleaning the common areas daily
- manage collection and distribution of supplies to our chef partners
- restock and replenish supplies to bars as the shift progresses
- comply with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
- being a rad co-worker, teammate, and leader, while remaining empowered to make decisions
- assuring the guests 5 senses are satisfied: good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin atmosphere
- other duties as assigned
