- Must have open availability and have reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with daytime and evening shifts
- Eagerness to learn and expand on beverage knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment
- Ability to lift, stand, and reach for entirety of the scheduled shift
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to handle cash and manage the register

Job Duties
- Maintain and operate the dish tank
- Clearing tables and prepping them for our guests
- Cleaning the common areas daily
- Manage collection and distribution of supplies to our chef partners
- Restock and replenish supplies to bars as the shift progresses
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
- Being a rad co-worker, teammate, and leader, while remaining empowered to make decisions
- Assuring the guests 5 senses are satisfied: good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin atmosphere
- Other duties as assigned
