Job Requirements
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
- Be prepared to stand for a long time and able to use work related tools in a safe manner
- Knowledge of basic work safety, Canadian currencies and essential mathematics
- Relevant experience in handling cash is preferred
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) an asset

Job Duties
- Greet customers by providing good customer service with smile, friendly enthusiasm
- Maintain shopping baskets and trolleys cleanliness and ensure they are placed in the proper locations
- Put returning merchandise back to sale area properly
- timely processing of fresh and frozen goods
- prevent and minimize shortage
- Provide customer with proper packing services
- Create good customer experience via delivering fast and accurate checkout service
- prevent possible fraud
- Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they are well-kept and are working appropriately
- maintain checkout area cleanliness
- Keep self-updated with products location in store and all in store promotion activities to assist other departments
