Job Duties
- deliver articles directly to guests in their rooms
- provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, reception, and other hotel departments
- stand, sit, walk, and move frequently throughout the hotel
- transport, lift, carry, push, and place items weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
- inspect tools, equipment, or machines as needed
- read and interpret various formats of information including small print
- perform reasonable tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel success
