Job Duties
- deliver items directly to guest rooms
- provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front desk, or other departments as needed
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
- lift, move, push, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
- read and interpret a variety of formats including small print
- perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ramps
- complete other reasonable tasks as assigned to contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel success
