- proven P&L management experience
- strong leadership and team development background
- experience managing multiple managers
- ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and communication skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- maintain full P&L responsibility (labor, food cost, controllables)
- drive sales growth and profitability
- recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders
- build and maintain a high-performing, accountable culture
- ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed
- manage scheduling and labor to meet financial targets
- handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues
- prepare the restaurant for inspections, audits, and peak business periods
