Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to work some weekends (no holidays)
- Ability to travel for training including air travel
- Ability to move freely throughout the property multiple times a day
- Ability to climb up a ladder
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Pass a pre-employment background check

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Business acumen to understand how business works, make sound decisions, and anticipate financial, operational, and strategic impacts
- Skills in analyzing data, understanding market trends, recognizing opportunities and risks, and aligning actions with business goals

- Computer savvy including Microsoft Office Suite and email
- High School diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
- Manage the full leasing process for storage units, commercial retail leases, and a residential apartment, ensuring efficient operations, strong tenant relationships, and optimized occupancy through informed decision making and strategic oversight
- Drive success and impact performance results
- Operate as a business leader with P&L responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of 2-4 through recruiting, hiring, and continual training
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives with a focus on community involvement
- Continuously learn by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities
