- two years related bakery or production experience
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with production line work
- willingness to rotate assignments within production
- capable of working flexible shifts
- compliance with company safety and operational policies
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Check production work schedules for job assignment and reporting times
- operate and maintain automated production equipment such as mixers, dough pumps, scalers, dividers, rounders, and proofers
- perform start-up, shut down sanitation, and operator’s preventative maintenance
- ensure workspace cleanliness and organization
- follow safety protocols and company policies such as EEO and harassment prevention
- conduct quality control inspections on finished products
- assist with machinery troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks
