Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
- multi-unit hospitality management experience preferred
- proven ability to manage financial performance and operational systems
- strong administrative and organizational skills
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- ability to analyze data and implement improvements
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- possession of OLCC server permit
- possession of Oregon Food Handlers Card
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- capability to perform administrative and operational tasks concurrently
- able to drive between multiple locations within the Portland Metro Area
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
- multi-unit experience strongly preferred
- proven experience managing financial performance and operational systems
- strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
- ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- OLCC server permit
- Oregon Food Handlers Card
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
- lead regular management meetings and maintain strong communication practices
- oversee financial performance including sales, labor, COGS, and operating expenses
- analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
- manage core administrative functions including payroll, accounts payable, and vendor coordination
- lead recruitment strategy and hiring for management and key roles
- support leadership development and succession planning
