Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
  • multi-unit hospitality management experience preferred
  • proven ability to manage financial performance and operational systems
  • strong administrative and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • ability to analyze data and implement improvements
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • possession of OLCC server permit
  • possession of Oregon Food Handlers Card
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • capability to perform administrative and operational tasks concurrently
  • able to drive between multiple locations within the Portland Metro Area

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
  • multi-unit experience strongly preferred
  • proven experience managing financial performance and operational systems
  • strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
  • ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • OLCC server permit
  • Oregon Food Handlers Card
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
  • lead regular management meetings and maintain strong communication practices
  • oversee financial performance including sales, labor, COGS, and operating expenses
  • analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • manage core administrative functions including payroll, accounts payable, and vendor coordination
  • lead recruitment strategy and hiring for management and key roles
  • support leadership development and succession planning
