Job Requirements

- Serv Safe training and certificate
- Prior experience with a POS system
- Two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Report
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Maintain working cell phone and effective communication
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Responsible team player demonstrating punctuality and respect
- Compliance with required training as mandated by laws and company policies
- Ability to coach and develop diverse teams
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff
- Conduct performance reviews according to scheduled timelines
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following company systems
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies, including compliance with laws and local regulations
- Immediately report complaints or policy violations and resolve issues promptly
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment without harassment or discrimination
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences on every visit
- Regularly walk through restaurant to check on guests and maintain inviting environment
- Stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- Oversee food safety and other safety protocols
- Implement marketing plans and prepare staff for promotions
- Use headsets to monitor team interactions and provide coaching
- Address basic equipment maintenance issues
- Manage labor costs, create sales projections, write balanced schedules, and ensure accurate payroll
- Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
- Communicate timely with District Manager and Support Center
- Perform other assigned duties
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh to order per recipes
- Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking systems
- Manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with cash handling and banking policies
- Verify asset protection systems function properly
- Follow cash handling policies for accuracy and security
