Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certificate
  • Prior experience with a POS system
  • Two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history and a motor vehicle report
  • Ensure compliance with all required training mandated by laws and company policies
  • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and all state required insurances
  • Maintain a working cell phone and effectively communicate via text, phone calls and emails
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Responsible team player demonstrating punctuality, proper attire, and respect for others
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities is a plus
  • Engage in hands-on leadership with a focus on growth and development of people
  • Ability to work with, coach, and develop a diverse team
  • Demonstrate core cultural foundations of energy, engagement, empathy, and execution

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • Conduct performance reviews according to company schedules
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following company systems
  • Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate updates
  • Enforce company policies including compliance with laws and regulations
  • Report and resolve employee behavior issues promptly
  • Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free from harassment and discrimination
  • Greet every guest warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences on every visit
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness and safety regularly
  • Stay informed about local market trends for guest-centric decisions
  • Oversee food safety protocols ensuring proper postings are displayed
  • Implement marketing plans and train staff on promotions
  • Monitor team interactions with guests and provide coaching
  • Address equipment maintenance issues as they arise
  • Manage labor costs with accurate sales projections and schedules
  • Ensure daily food safety and operational standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with District Manager and support teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh and recorded accurately in POS system
  • Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • Manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders maintaining cost standards
  • Establish relationships with vendors and support teams
  • Ensure equipment and products are properly used and maintained
  • Supervise compliance with cash handling and banking policies
  • Verify asset protection systems are functional
  • Follow policies for cash handling to maintain accuracy and security
