- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- prior experience with a POS system
- authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
- maintain compliance with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws
- maintain effective communication via phone and email
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems
- schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- enforce company policies including compliance with laws and local regulations
- maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
- immediately report any complaints or employee behavior violations and resolve issues promptly
- foster a safe and inclusive work environment free of harassment and discrimination
- greet every guest warmly and promptly
- strive to provide exceptional experience for every guest and address any issues positively
- regularly walk through the restaurant to check on guests and ensure the environment is inviting and safe
- stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- oversee food safety and safety protocols ensuring all postings are visible
- implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
- use headset to monitor team interactions and offer coaching
- address basic equipment maintenance issues
- manage labor costs with accurate sales projections and balanced schedules
- ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
- communicate with district and operations management timely
- perform other assigned duties
- ensure all food is prepared fresh to order following recipes
- oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders
- establish positive vendor and internal relationships
- ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- supervise compliance with cash handling and banking policies
- verify asset protection systems function properly
