Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe training and certificate
  • prior experience with a POS system
  • 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history and a motor vehicle report
  • compliance with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws and company policies
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and all state required insurances
  • maintain a working cell phone and effectively communicate via text, phone calls and emails
  • intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively
  • punctuality, proper attire, and respect for others
  • ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities
  • engage in hands-on leadership focusing on growth and development of people

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • conduct performance reviews according to the companys scheduled timeline
  • recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems
  • schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate company or policy changes
  • enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and local regulations such as work breaks and timekeeping
  • maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
  • report complaints or employee behavior violations promptly to the District Manager and resolve issues
  • foster a safe, inclusive work environment free from harassment and discrimination
  • greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • strive to provide an exceptional guest experience and address issues positively
  • regularly walk through the restaurant to check on guests and ensure safety and cleanliness
  • stay informed about local market trends and community needs
  • oversee food safety protocols and ensure proper postings
  • implement marketing plans and ensure staff readiness for promotions
  • monitor team interactions via headset and provide coaching when needed
  • address basic equipment maintenance issues
  • manage labor costs through sales projections and scheduling
  • ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
  • communicate with district and operations support promptly
  • perform other assigned duties
  • ensure fresh food preparation according to company recipes
  • oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders
  • maintain vendor relationships
