Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe training and certificate
- Prior experience with a POS system
- Two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shifts
- Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to successfully pass a background check
- Ensure compliance with required training and company policies
- Maintain effective communication via phone, text, and email
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Experience in fast-paced office environments is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- Conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment and discrimination
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences on every visit
- Regularly inspect the restaurant’s interior and exterior to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Oversee food safety and safety protocol compliance, ensuring postings are visible
- Implement marketing plans and prepare staff for promotions
- Monitor team interactions with guests using a headset for coaching and feedback
- Address equipment maintenance issues promptly
- Manage labor costs through sales projections and balanced scheduling
- Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards are met
- Communicate timely with District Manager and support teams
- Oversee sales transactions and POS system accuracy
- Manage inventory and controllable expenses while maintaining cost standards
- Maintain positive vendor and support team relationships
- Supervise staff compliance with cash handling and banking policies
- Verify asset protection systems are functioning properly
- Perform other duties as assigned
