Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- Prior experience with a POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
- Maintain a working cell phone and effectively communicate via text, phone calls, and emails
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- Conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies including compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
- Report any complaints or employee behavior violations promptly
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Walk through the restaurant to monitor guest satisfaction and safety
- Stay informed about local market trends to make guest-centric decisions
- Oversee food safety and safety protocols ensuring compliance
- Implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
- Monitor team interactions with guests offering coaching as needed
- Address basic equipment maintenance issues
- Manage labor costs including sales projections and scheduling
- Ensure daily compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Communicate with district and operations support as needed
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh according to recipes
- Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- Manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and support teams
- Supervise compliance with cash handling policies
- Verify asset protection systems functioning
- Follow company policies for cash handling to ensure security and accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
