Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certificate
  • Prior experience with a POS system
  • 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
  • Maintain a working cell phone and effectively communicate via text, phone calls, and emails
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • Conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
  • Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
  • Enforce company policies including compliance with laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
  • Report any complaints or employee behavior violations promptly
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Walk through the restaurant to monitor guest satisfaction and safety
  • Stay informed about local market trends to make guest-centric decisions
  • Oversee food safety and safety protocols ensuring compliance
  • Implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
  • Monitor team interactions with guests offering coaching as needed
  • Address basic equipment maintenance issues
  • Manage labor costs including sales projections and scheduling
  • Ensure daily compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Communicate with district and operations support as needed
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh according to recipes
  • Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • Manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and support teams
  • Supervise compliance with cash handling policies
  • Verify asset protection systems functioning
  • Follow company policies for cash handling to ensure security and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
