Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- prior experience with a POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience

- Authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
- ensure compliance with all required training as mandated by laws and company policies
- maintain effective communication via cell phone, text, calls, and emails
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills
- responsible team player demonstrating punctuality, proper attire, and respect for others
- experience in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities is a plus
- engage in hands-on leadership with focus on people development
- ability to coach and develop diverse team members

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews according to company schedules
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate company or policy changes
- enforce company policies and maintain accurate employee records
- immediately report and resolve complaints or employee policy violations
- foster a safe, inclusive work environment
- greet every guest warmly and promptly
- strive to provide exceptional guest experiences and address issues positively
- regularly walk through the restaurant to check on guests and ensure cleanliness and safety
- stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- oversee food safety and safety protocols, ensuring proper postings
- implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
- use headset to monitor guest interactions and coach team
- address basic equipment maintenance
- manage labor costs by creating sales projections and balanced schedules
- ensure daily food safety compliance and meet operational standards
- communicate with district and operations teams promptly
- perform other duties as assigned
- ensure fresh food preparation following company recipes
- oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
