Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- prior experience with a POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience

- Authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a background check including criminal history and motor vehicle report
- ensure compliance with all required training and company policies
- have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and necessary insurances
- maintain effective communication via cell phone
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills
- responsible team player with punctuality and respect
- experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
- ability to coach and develop diverse teams
- demonstrate core cultural foundations of energy, engagement, empathy, and execution
Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews according to company schedules
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following company systems
- schedule regular team and manager meetings to ensure effective communication
- enforce company policies and compliance with local laws
- promptly report and resolve employee behavior issues
- foster a safe, inclusive work environment
- greet every guest warmly and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- frequently walk through the restaurant to monitor atmosphere and safety
- stay informed on local market trends for guest-centric decisions
- oversee food safety and safety protocols with proper postings
- implement marketing plans and prepare the team for promotions
- monitor team interactions and provide coaching
- address basic equipment maintenance issues
- manage labor costs with accurate scheduling and payroll
- ensure daily compliance with food safety and operational standards
- maintain communication with district and operations managers
- perform other assigned duties
- ensure fresh food preparation and accurate POS recording
- oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- manage controllable expenses and inventory ordering
- maintain vendor and support team relationships
- supervise proper use and maintenance of equipment
- enforce cash handling and banking policies
- verify asset protection system functionality
- comply with financial security policies
