Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certification
  • Minimum two years of food or retail management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Successful background check clearance
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal training requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively using phone, text, and email
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft 365 skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Responsible and punctual with professional appearance
  • Experience working under shifting priorities

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience with a POS system
  • Two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Compliance with all mandated training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 at intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Responsible team player with professionalism
  • Experience in fast-paced office environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
  • Schedule regular team and manager meetings
  • Enforce company policies and compliance with laws
  • Report employee behavior violations promptly
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and address issues positively
  • Regularly check restaurant conditions and guest satisfaction
  • Stay informed on local market trends
  • Oversee food safety and safety protocols
  • Implement marketing plans and train staff
  • Monitor team interactions with guests using headsets
  • Address equipment maintenance issues
  • Manage labor costs and scheduling
  • Ensure daily food safety compliance
  • Communicate with management and support teams
  • Perform other assigned duties
  • Ensure fresh food preparation and accurate POS recording
  • Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • Manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
  • Maintain vendor and support team relationships
