Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certificate
  • prior experience with POS system
  • 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
  • ensure compliance with all required training mandated by laws and company policies
  • maintain working cell phone and communicate effectively via text, phone, and email
  • intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • responsible team player demonstrating punctuality, proper attire, and respect
  • experience in fast-paced office environment is a plus
  • engage in hands-on leadership focused on people development
  • ability to work with and coach diverse team members

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for management team and staff
  • conduct performance reviews according to company timeline
  • recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
  • schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate company or policy changes
  • enforce company policies and compliance with laws and regulations
  • maintain accurate employee records and submit on time
  • report and resolve employee behavior issues
  • foster a safe and inclusive work environment
  • greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • provide exceptional guest experiences and address issues positively
  • regularly walk through restaurant to check on guests and maintain inviting environment
  • stay informed about local market trends
  • oversee food safety and safety protocols
  • implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
  • monitor team interactions with guests using headset for coaching
  • address basic equipment maintenance issues
  • manage labor costs through sales projections and scheduling
  • ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
  • communicate timely with district manager and support teams
  • perform other assigned duties

  • oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
