Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- Prior experience with a POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Report
- Ensure compliance with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws and company policies
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and all state required insurances
- Maintain a working cell phone and communicate via text, phone calls, and emails
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Be a responsible team player demonstrating punctuality, proper attire, and respect for others
- Experience in fast-paced office environment is a plus
- Engage in hands-on leadership focused on growth and development of people
- Work with, coach, and develop a diverse group from different backgrounds

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for management team and staff
- Conduct performance reviews according to company timeline
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems
- Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- Enforce company policies including compliance with laws and local regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
- Report complaints or employee violations promptly to district manager
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences and address issues positively
- Regularly check on guests and ensure an inviting, safe building
- Stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- Oversee food safety and safety protocols
- Implement marketing plans and ensure staff training for promotions
- Use headset to monitor team interactions, offer coaching or praise
- Address equipment maintenance issues
- Manage labor costs by creating sales projections and balanced schedules
- Ensure daily food safety compliance
- Communicate with district manager and support centers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh following company recipes
- Oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- Manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance
- Supervise staff for compliance with cash handling and banking policies
- Verify asset protection systems function properly
- Follow company policies for cash handling for accuracy and security
