Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- prior experience with POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience

- Authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a background check including criminal history
- comply with required training mandated by laws and company policies
- maintain working cell phone and communicate effectively via text, calls, and email
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills
- responsible team player with punctuality and proper attire
- experience in fast-paced office environment preferred
- demonstrate leadership with focus on growth and development of people

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews
