Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- Serv Safe training and certificate
- prior experience with POS system
- authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass a background check including criminal history
- must comply with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws and company policies
- maintain a working cell phone and effectively communicate via text, phone calls and emails
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews according to the company’s schedule
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- schedule regular team and manager meetings

- report and resolve employee behavior issues
