Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certificate
  • prior experience with a POS system
  • two years of hands-on food or retail management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
  • ensure compliance with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws and company policies
  • maintain a working cell phone and communicate effectively via text, calls, and email
  • intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • a responsible team player demonstrating punctuality, proper attire, and respect for others
  • experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
  • engage in hands-on leadership with a focus on growth and development of people
  • ability to work with, coach, and develop a diverse group of people
  • demonstrate core cultural foundations of energy, engagement, empathy, and execution

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
  • recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems
  • schedule regular team and manager meetings to ensure effective communication
  • enforce company policies including compliance with laws and local regulations
  • maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
  • immediately report any complaints or policy violations to the assigned district manager
  • foster a safe and inclusive work environment
  • greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • strive to provide exceptional experiences for every guest
  • regularly walk through the restaurant to check on guests and ensure safety and cleanliness
  • stay informed about local market trends and community needs
  • oversee food safety and other safety protocols
  • implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
  • use headsets to monitor team interactions
  • address equipment maintenance issues
  • manage labor costs through sales projections and balanced schedules
  • ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
  • communicate with district and operational support as needed
  • ensure all food is prepared fresh to order
  • oversee all sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
  • maintain positive vendor relationships
  • supervise cash handling and ensure compliance with financial guidelines
  • verify asset protection systems are functioning
  • perform other duties as assigned
