Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably four-year college degree
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making
  • Support staff and ensure 100% interaction with guests
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage products to ensure compliance with recipes and portion standards
  • Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Ensure the highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • Lead and live by PRIDE values of passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy
