- Preferably four-year college degree
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties
- Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making
- Support staff and ensure 100% interaction with guests
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage products to ensure compliance with recipes and portion standards
- Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
- Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant environment
- Ensure the highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Lead and live by PRIDE values of passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy
