Job Duties
- execute daily and weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement
- educate team on operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- assess reporting to identify gaps in GM processes and assist in development of resolution plans
- lead daily execution of tasks such as receiving, restocking, organizing, and merchandising
- assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic
- establish clear goals and hold team members accountable
- collaborate with teams and leaders to ensure store is guest ready
- support compliance culture including safety, ethical conduct, and adult beverage laws
